This T-bird was commissioned by Daniel ‘Baldo’ O’Toole, of Irish heavy metal band Darkest Era. Primarily walnut, with maple fillets between the body wings and core, a wenge stripe down the centre, and a stunning pale moon ebony fretboard. The fretboard and wenge scratchplate are both inlaid with Daniel’s custom design in white sycamore.

A Schaller 3D-4 bridge and Hipshot Ultralite machineheads keep everything stable and in tune, and a pair of Fishman Fluence humbuckers with 2 band active EQ, coil split, and their innovative voice selection give the bass a wide variety of timbres for different applications.
