The first semi-hollow 6 string Bohr model, built for Christopher Farrington. A one-piece hollow walnut body and beautifully figured flame maple carved top are mated with a 5-piece walnut/flame maple neck and Indian Ebony fretboard (with ‘Coltrane Geometry’ inlays).

This example is equipped with Schaller M6 locking tuners and a Graphtech Resomax wraparound bridge, with Ghost piezo saddles and an Acousti-Phonic active onboard preamp wired in a true bypass arrangement to the first jack socket. The second jack socket is for the conventional magnetic pickup circuit, which is comprised of a Bare Knuckle Manhattan P90 in the neck position, and a Mule humbucker in the bridge (with push-pull volume and tone knobs for coil split and phase inversion). Both circuits can be used independently into different signal chains, or individually as required.
